Suzanne’s career commenced in 1978, from studying Psychology she joined International Business Machines (IBM) in HR management, subsequently she moved into Sales and a Management career spanning 14 years.
Having worked in Europe and USA, she left the corporate world, to retrain as a teacher and created her first business – a school for children with sense deprivation, which she successfully developed and sold.
Suzanne returned to technology and developed a reputation for working with new technology solutions. Following her Executive MBA, Dallas, USA she became involved in a series of business development c -suite roles to VP Worldwide Sales and VP US operations. She is a registered Non-Exec Director.
Suzanne has a passion or CSR and Human Rights having studied law, LLB (Hons) and an LLM. Her research in International law. She has incorporated CSR into her coaching programmes (www.BCMTcentre.co.uk), and is accredited in auditing CSR practices with the American Quality Association (AQA) also following the ISO 26000:2010.
Suzanne is an experienced, accredited, award winning business and transformational coach (based on Cognitive Behavioural Coaching) and additionally specialises in developing franchise models.
Suzanne lives in Suffolk with her husband and two Dalmatians, which demonstrates she has a sense of humour!
